Starting February 2024, the I-15/Tropicana Interchange project has moved into Phase 3 of the project. Phase 3 is anticipated to be in place until Fall 2024. During this phase, Tropicana Avenue will shift all traffic to the north side of the road and will have 2 lanes open in each direction. The following ramps will be closed 24/7 throughout Phase 3 of the project:

• Southbound I-15 Flyover to Eastbound Tropicana Avenue
• Tropicana Avenue on-ramp to Southbound I-15
• Northbound I-15 access to Arena Drive
• Northbound I-15 off-ramp to Tropicana Avenue
